It works EXACTLY like listing your home with a standard big-box Realtor with one exception: Instead of you agreeing to pay a 6% commission (3% to the Listing Agent & 3% to a Buyer's Agent), you simply agree to pay $2,500 to BuyWise Real Estate and *3% to a Buyer's Agent. It's. That. Simple. The best part? You don't pay until we sell your home!

From that point forward there's no change. We take amazing photos of your property, list it for sale in the MLS, syndicate it to HUNDREDS of online websites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc....), set you up with a showing service to handle your listing appointments and get you to the closing table!

We rebate **$1,250 of your Listing Fee to you when you PURCHASE a property with us representing you in your real estate transaction. The purchase must occur within a 2-year timeframe.
